This guide explains how to configure, connect, and deploy the Vapi + n8n + Cal.com automation.

System Overview

This automation uses Vapi.ai, n8n, and Cal.com to create an AI cold-calling pipeline.

• n8n (Workflow) starts the call to contacts pulled from Google Sheets.
• Vapi.ai provides the AI voice agent “Emma.”
• Cal.com provides scheduling slots.
• n8n (FN) handles Emma’s tool calls (check-cal-booking-availability) for real-time slot checking and booking creation.

The system flow:

Google Sheets → n8n (P1) → Vapi.ai → (User Call) → n8n (T1 via webhook) → Cal.com → Confirmation
