System overview

This automation pulls “Pending” rows from Google Sheets, generates a UGC-style image, converts it, uploads it, analyzes it, creates a selfie-style UGC video prompt, sends it to Kie.AI’s Veo model, waits for completion, grabs the final video, and updates your sheet with the result. If anything breaks, it retries and emails you.
